175 ml (6 fl oz)olive oil
4 tablespoons wine
vinegar
1 teaspoon French
mustard
1 clove garlic,peeled and crushed
salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Put all the ingredients in a screw topped jar,adding salt and pepper to taste.Shake well blen before serving.
Makes 250 ml (8 fl oz)
