Meatball soup and spinach

Ingredients

500g minced
2 tbsp sesame
700 g of potatoes
200 g of broccoli
200 g of pepper
100 g of spinach
150 g of carrots
leek (or 150 grams of onions)
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

Cooking

Very tasty, healthy, colorful soup.
Broccoli and spinach can be used fresh or frozen.
Sesame in meatballs gives an interesting flavor and aroma.
Instead, you can use spinach sorrel, but the taste is completely different.

Onions finely chop.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Peppers remove seeds, cut into cubes.
Broccoli cut into florets or disassemble.
Spinach cut.
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes.

Add the broccoli and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Add the spinach, stir and remove from heat.
