Brown chocolate mint and chocolate fudge CO

Chocolate mint brownie

Dough:
Eggs — 2 pcs
Sugar — 160g
butter — 80g
cocoa powder — 3st.l.
flour — 120gr + add a pinch of salt and baking powder
vanilla essence — 1 / 2ch.l.
Filling:
low-fat soft cheese — 200g
Sugar — 40g
Mint — leaves 6-7 sprigs
Icing:
powdered sugar — 140g
milk — 2-3st.l.
Mint — leaves 3-4 sprigs
a few drops of green food coloring

20 santmetrovuyu square cake pan with parchment paper and lay a lightly oiled. Heat oven to 175gradS.
Beat the eggs and sugar until light fluffy masses.

Melt the butter (in the microwave or in a saucepan on the fire) and mix it with cocoa powder.

Add the chocolate mixture to the egg and beat everything together.

Pour the sifted flour with baking powder and salt. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

To prepare the filling grind the mint in a blender or finely chop finely with a knife.

Mix cottage cheese with sugar, mint and vanilla essence.

Pour half the batter into the pan and smooth the surface.
Carefully spread the dough on top of cottage cheese (this is useful for confectionary syringe), then pour the remaining batter.

Bake for 35-40min. Cool fit.
To prepare the icing mint grind in a blender (or cut with a knife), mix with the milk and pour into sugar puduru with constant stirring. Add green food coloring and mix thoroughly. The icing should get a creamy consistency.

To put the icing on the cake, and cooled to grab.
Trim the edges of sponge cake and cut into squares.

* my notes
— Baked in the form of 20 * 28cm and took 1.5 product standards
— Cottage cheese was the usual 5%, leaving it as it is, but for uniformity could rub it through a sieve
— Can be added to the glaze Peppermint liquor, it will give a greenish color and need not be in the dye
— If no liquor, no dye is mixed with mint frosting is not necessary, it gives an ugly color. It is better to make white frosting (a powder and milk), put it on the cake and immediately sprinkle with small mint leaves. Or make a chocolate fudge cake and cover it

For fudge:
Butter — 1st.l.
Milk — 1st.l.
Powdered sugar — ½ cup
Cocoa powder — 2st.l.
To prepare the sweet melt the butter milk. To mix powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Smear fudge brownie on the surface and, if desired, decorate with nuts.
