Strawberry jelly with champagne
BTW: it was easy to get the jelly, dip the bottom of the form for a few seconds in hot water and invert onto a plate.
NEED:
250g strawberries
250 g semi-sweet or dry champagne
2 tbsp. l. sugar (or taste)
1,5 plate gelatin 5 g
Juice of one lemon
Strawberries and whipped cream for decoration
HOW TO COOK:
1. Wash strawberries, gently remove the stalk, cut into slices.
2. Put the berries in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar and leave for 25-30 minutes.
3. Gelatin for 10 minutes. in cold water.
4. Take 2-3 tablespoons of juice from the strawberries with lemon, heat. Gelatin squeeze and dissolve in the juice, stirring constantly, pour the champagne. Switch off.
5. Pour the bottom of the ramekins with a little champagne gelatin and let stand in the refrigerator.
6. Put the chopped strawberries on a layer of jelly molds and fill to the brim with champagne. Put in refrigerator to complete solidification.
7. Garnish with strawberries and whipped cream.
