Rolls of trout with cucumber and cream cheese
Ingredients:
- Salted trout 200g
- 2 cucumber pieces
- Soft cream cheese tapa Philadelphia or thick cream
Preparation:
A cucumber cut into long thin sticks, the second — circles. Cut the fish into thin plastic. Coat the cheese. Put cucumber wedges. Close roll. Cut roll slices 1-2 cm thick. If desired, cut the cucumber slices from the figures (with a knife or molds) or simply mug. On cucumbers lay rolls.
