Pork chop with mushrooms
Cooking time ≈ 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
100 gr. champignons
100 gr. cheese
salt and pepper to taste
a little green onion
lemon juice
Heat oven to 180-200 ° C. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Mushrooms cut into chips.
Fry until cooked.

In pan heat a little vegetable oil, rub the steaks with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, quickly fry for 1-2 minutes on both sides, to pass on a baking sheet.
