Pancakes pie with salmon
Excellent fish pie steamed just 7 minutes and served with lemon and cream sauce.
NEED:
10 pancakes
200g salmon fillet
20 g capers
1 egg
100 ml of 33% cream
200 g of cream 20%
¼ lemon
A bunch of dill
100 g butter
Salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO COOK:
1. To prepare the stuffing arbitrarily sliced salmon and egg punch in a blender until smooth. Add finely chopped dill and mix well.
2. At the bottom of the steamer put pancakes, alternating with stuffing and kapersami.Gotovit a couple of 10 minutes. Cake served with cream sauce and lemon.
