Hen in the envelope

Ingredients:
-1 Pack of puff pastry (two plates)
— RING 300-400. chicken
— 1 carrot
— 2-3 onions
— 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
— Spices for chicken
— Salt and pepper — to taste

Prepare the filling (can be an hour before cooking, or cook in the evening and leave in the refrigerator).
Cut chicken into cubes, carrots through the grater, chop the onion and mix all spices, salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar.
Roll out the puff pastry until a long rectangular strips are cut into 8 squares (a total of two test plates obtained 16 squares).
Put the filling on the dough and pinch to form an envelope. Ready envelopes spread on a greased pan or baking sheet and bake in the oven (200 degrees) for 25-30 minutes.
