Cheese cake in the pan 10 minutes
Ingredients:
— 1 egg
— 200 grams of cottage cheese, 1 st.sahara
— Vanillin
— 250-300 g flour
— 1 tsp gashen.sody.
Cream:
— 500 ml of milk,
— 1 egg,
— 1 tbsp sugar
— 3 tbsp flour, vanilla,
— 150-200g drain oil
— Nuts.
Preparation:
Rub the egg, sugar and flour, add the vanilla, pour the milk, whisk to mix, put on a slow fire, cook until thick, constantly interfering. Totally cool. Butter beat with a mixer, gradually adding the chilled brew mass.
Mix egg with sugar, add cottage cheese, vanilla, baking soda and flour gradually introduce. The dough should have not quite cool, but dense.
Divide into 6-8 pieces. Thinly roll out, prick with a fork, so as not swelled.
Oven to browning in a pan on both sides. Trim the rough edges. Cool.
Coat the cakes with cream, sprinkle with nuts and chocolate.
